Governor Barasa leads celebrations for Ndakwa's win in Malava

Governor Fernandes Barasa has led a team of leaders to Malava to congratulate MP-elect David Ndakwa on his victory. Addressing residents gathered at Mr. Ndakwa’s home,he hailed the outcome of the by-election as a major political statement. He noted that Ndakwa’s win on a UDA ticket, coupled with victories by other newly elected leaders under the ODM banner, demonstrates the rising influence of the broad-based government. He further called on leaders to build on the unity displayed in the by-election and focus on delivering development to the people of Kakamega.
