Kagwe wants those selling fake seeds to face treason charges

To fully eradicate the never-ending sale of fake seeds to farmers, agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has proposed the upgrading of charges of those caught in the act to treason, following the threat they pose to the country’s food security.
