Members of Parliament have faulted the judiciary over its recent ruling that declared the National Government Constituency Development Fund NG-CDF unconstitutional. During a debate on the latest release of NGCDF funds amounting to 7 billion shillings, the lawmakers termed the ruling by the three judge bench an attack on development. The MPs vowing to push back against what they said was judicial overreach instigated by those against the fund.
