Multi agency team to conduct assessment of house collapse tragedy in Pangani

The government has attributed the collapse of scafolding ladder at a building under construction in Pangani that killed 4 people to poor maintenance. Public Works Principal Secretary Joel Arumonyang in a statement said the a scaffold made of old wooden planks had become weak and unsound. He says an inspection will be done and that those found culpable will be punished.
