Pakistani authorities have concluded that the death of Islamabad based investigative journalist Arshad Sharif in Kenya was a premeditated murder. A detailed report by two Pakistani detectives sent to Kenya to investigate circumstances surrounding Arshad's death said it is a case of planned targeted assassination with transnational characters rather than a case of mistaken identity as earlier reported by the Kenya Police.
