Public Service Cabinet Secretary Georfrey Ruku has accused former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua of using goons to subvert final results in the just concluded polls in Mbeere North Speaking at Suneka Catholic Church on Saturday in kisii, where he attended a catholic women funds drive, Ruku said the country is not ready for divisive politics and that Kenyans should avoid leaders who are out to divide them along tribal lines.
