Supreme Court delays ruling on 44,000 JSS teachers’ employment terms

44,000 junior secondary school teachers will have to wait longer for a change in their terms of employment after the Supreme Court stayed the implementation of a February 27 Court of Appeal ruling that declared their internship programme discriminatory and unconstitutional.
