NG- CDF board to disburse sh. 58 billion to constituencies. The national government – constituencies development fund board will disburse more than sh. 58 billion to the 290 constituencies this financial year, board chairman, Olago Aluoch, has said. Speaking at Riat Kolemo market in Rarieda constituency during the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a police station today, Aluoch, who was flanked by the deputy chief of staff in the office of the president, Eliud Owalo, said the board was committed to ensuring that all corners of the country develop through CDF.
