The former National Museums Director General Mzalendo Kibunja will spend the night in custody after he was arrested by the ethics and anti-corruption commission detectives. Kibunja and three other suspects were arrested over alleged embezzlement of Ksh 490 million shillings. EACC has also directed former Murang’a governor Mwangi wa Iria to surrender and present himself to the integrity house by Tuesday morning to face charges.
