Deputy Commissioner of Prisons and five other officers have denied 68 counts of graft related charges in a 302 million shillings saga at the state department of correctional services. The six including a cleaner who were ordered to pay a 7 million shilling bond each to secure their release are accused of various counts among them conferring a benefit for goods and services they never rendered costing the taxpayer a loss of a whopping 302 million shillings.
