In an effort to improve the quality of healthcare delivery the Ministry of Health has launched the clinical governance with an aim of enhancing services in public and private hospitals director of mental health services in the Ministry of Health who presided over the event at Chiromo Hospital Group on behalf of health CS Susan Nakhumicha outlined the need of increased awareness on matters mental wellbeing at a time when Kenyans are faced with a myriad of challenges. The Institute of Directors in Kenya has partnered with Chiromo Hospital Group to increase training of leaders in the corporate industry to ensure that the mental health burden is tackled in working spaces to increase productivity. Dr. Frank Njenga noting that it is important to take care of the mental well being of professionals for an optimum output in various disciplines.
