Clinical officers across the country have started their strike. The officers downed their tools at midnight following the expiry of their one-week notice and the failure of the Ministry of Health to address their issues. The strike has paralyzed services in level 2 to five hospitals across the country, further compounding the crisis of health services provision that is already reeling from the ongoing doctor's strike
