Interpeace Kenya and leaders from insecurity prone zones are now backing the government to arm the National Police Reservists. Speaking in Tangulebei, Tiaty constituency in Baringo County during a two-day meeting, the leaders said escalating conflicts in Banditry zone areas can only be curbed by arming the National Police Reservists. The development comes as defense Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale says the government will not tolerate anyone keen on destabilizing security in the country.
