The National Police Service is warning against acts of hooliganism during political and public gatherings. In a strong-worded statement, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Eliud Langat, fired a warning shot at politicians and individuals bankrolling criminal gangs to stir chaos during gatherings that will be dealt with swiftly. Langat was speaking during a high-level security meeting bringing together officers commanding police stations across Nairobi County. Joseph Wakhungu has the details.
